Information About Our Store, Hours & Policies

General Questions

1. Where are you located?

We are located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina:

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, our store hours have been reduced to Monday-Saturday 9:30am-2pm. Additional private appointments offered upon request during our non-business hours. We encourage you to shop our virtual showroom anytime.

Closed Sundays and major holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

We’re happy to now offer a virtual store where you can scroll through all of our current in-stock bolts of fabric. If you see anything you are interested in, please reach out to us for pricing and quantities. We’re happy to mail samples or drop-off via home curbside delivery. Products & Services

1. Do you have bolts or books of fabrics?

We have over 2,000 bolts of both indoor and outdoor fabrics in our showroom in Mount Pleasant. Additionally, we have a large design center with thousands of special order fabric books by top lines, and design galleries from Greenhouse Fabrics, Magnolia Fabrics & Inside Out by Al Fresco. Take a look at our current in-stock fabric inventory in our virtual showroom.

We offer indoor and outdoor fabrics for furniture, curtains, bedding, etc…we do not offer apparel fabrics.

One quarter yard minimum purchase. No maximum.

Yes, we will gladly cut you swatches, free of charge. If you are shopping remotely, we offer complimentary curbside home delivery (within 25 miles of our store) or curbside store pickup.

We are a full-service, home decor store. In addition to fabrics and trims, we also offer in-stock and special order custom furniture, upholstery and custom fabrication, window shades and shutters, drapery hardware, area rugs, home decor, wallpaper, lighting and accessories from top home brands. If you see something from the brands that we carry, contact us for pricing and delivery options.

We have several designers on staff. Any of them can schedule a time to meet with you in our store or at your home. Hourly rates vary by designer.  Learn more about our Design Services or request a consultation. * Due to COVID-19, we are currently offering Virtual Design Consultations at a discounted rate. Yes; we provide complimentary in-home measurements for any products you purchase and additional design consultations and services can be arrange for an hourly fee.

Transactions & Returns

1. Do you offer designer or trade discounts?

Yes! We have a great designer discount program. Please email: contact@aidenfabrics.com or to learn more and sign-up online, visit our For Designers page.

We will gladly match local retail pricing and online pricing, with manager approval.

We do at the manager’s discretion, but more than likely, yes.

Discounted and sale items, pillow forms and foam, special order items – including fabric, custom fabrication, rugs, lighting, wallpaper and furniture – and ALL in-stock fabric and trim sales are FINAL. We do not offer Refunds, Exchanges or Returns on these items. Full price, in-stock items, excluding fabric, pillow forms, foam and trim, may be returned or exchanged within 3 days, less a 30% restock fee.

We offer gift certificates. Please inquire with the store manager.

Custom Fabrication & Special Orders

1. Does Aiden Fabrics offer upholstery service?

We offer custom cushion work, decorative throw pillows, custom drapery and window treatments upholstered beds and many other soft treatments. We also offer light upholstery of dinning chairs, ottomans and such. We have suspended upholstery of sofas and chairs – we can refer you to quality upholsterers for these services.

Window treatments, upholstered beds, cushions, pillow covers and many other soft treatments.

We can special order lighting, rugs, accessories, art, furniture and much more.

Normal fabrication time is 4-6 weeks. Some may be sooner or longer, depending on your project, the season and demand.

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we will make every effort to find a resolution. We will make it right.

We will arrange for a professional installer to deliver and install your fabrication work.
